The Breast Services team at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust are celebrating the success of Karen Coates, their first Mammography Associate (MA) apprentice, who has achieved her qualification with distinction.
Together with Karen, radiographer Gemma Ingram (who also has training and management responsibilities) plus trainer and mentor Katie Horton share their experience of the programme, and the benefits it can offer Breast Unit teams.
